Full Face Rejuvenation 

In order to restore a more youthful appearance to the face, it is important to look at multiple concerns in conjunction. 

Firstly, we have depleted volume and structure in the upper face, leading to heaviness in the lower face. This is the result of shrinking fat pads and bone density, as well as lost of firmness and elasticity in the skin.

This result was achieved using a multi-faceted approach over several months, targeting every area of the face showing signs of ageing.

Full face rejuvenation is a bespoke treatment, frequently using dermal fillers for the most part but can also include other anti-aging treatments such as skin boosters and Botox. 

Progress and Results

We began with dermal fillers in the upper face, treating loss of definition in the cheek bones and volume in the mid-cheek. As you can see in the before and after pictures, this also led to a softening of the tear trough which can appear dragged down due to lack of structural support from the cheek.

We also treated the nasolabial fold (nose to mouth lines), marionette lines to lift downturned mouth corners the pre-jowl sulcus to give a smoother jaw line.

Dermal filler was placed at the gonial angle of the jaw to disguise the jowls and give a more defined jawline. We also treated the masseter muscle with toxin and elongated the chin with dermal filler to create a slimmer heart-shaped face as opposed to a more angular, square shape as before.

Toxin was used to treat the full face to soften and prevent wrinkling.

To improve skin quality and brightness, a session of microneedling was carried out. Microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin production to improve skin firmness and elasticity. It also helps soften fine lines and wrinkles, can soften hyperpigmentation (sun spots/age spots) and deeply hydrates the skin. 

Reversing the signs of aging is a process, not a quick fix. All of these treatments were carried out in several sessions over a period of months and the results speak for themselves.
